With the recent technological advances within the ID card industry the traditional ID card is increasingly adding features and functionality not available in the recent past. Years ago you purchased an ID system which was used to show your identity when entering the premises. If you wished to keep track of people entering the premises you had an Access Control system once inside the building if you wanted to keep time records you needed a separate Time and Attendance system.
It is now possible to use you ID card as a multi-function device for identification, access control and time keeping. With the recent advancements in biometrics and smart cards Lexington Technology has implemented an aggressive program to further enhance our ID card software offerings by the addition of biometrics and smart card enhancements. We have incorporated fingerprint scanners into our time clock solutions to provide you with a biometric time clock. We have developed our PC Access module which can either become a fingerprint or RFID detection to access computer records.

Our remote tracking with a PDA and barcode scanning is being expanded to incorporate event and activity tracking of personnel from remote locations. School rosters can now be downloaded into a remote database providing for enhanced features and functionality. We are developing many new and innovative solutions to enhance your ability to track and manage personnel.
Our smart card development is centered on the 360° application of a photo ID card. So what is a 360° application? It is an internal buzz word we have coined for a practical application of a smart card within the Photo ID system. Presently, we are working with Evolis and NISA card printer manufactures to implement application calls in our software which will allow you the user the additional flexibility of seamless integration form your ID card to your application for the use of smart cards. Once you have your ID cards the issue becomes how or what am I going to do with them. Many of our customers use their ID cards for a visual identity check or confirmation. Other customers wish to integrate their ID cards into functional working systems such as Time and Attendance or Access Control. Comprised of two levels of software products, LexTime and LexTime SBE. These Time and Attendance software products are designed to handle multiple levels of complexity. The LexTime product is designed for organizations with complex timekeeping and business rules. The LexTime SBE (Small Business Edition) is an excellent choice for organizations with less stringent timekeeping requirements and business rules.
LexTime is designed to produce timekeeping records for companies with complex business rules. Payroll policies are implemented into the system providing payroll guidelines which are consistent with punch rounding. The timekeeper record facility stops timekeepers and supervisors from over-paying employees who punch in and out before and after assigned shift times. Employee profile management allows for the creation and issuance of photo identification cards within the LexTime software. The system will support ID cards with barcodes, magnetic stripe, proximity cards and biometric input devices such as fingerprint scanners. This system is recommended for use in very large and complex time gathering situations.
Lextime SBE is the perfect solution for smaller organization which needs an easy to implement and learn timekeeping system. Multiple operators can be trained in minutes and your system will be up and running quickly. The software was designed to eliminate complex business rule set-ups yet the software will give you the performance of much larger timekeeping systems. Lextime SBE features five (5) easy set-up steps 1) Company Address and working hours 2) Enter Departments 3) Add employee information 4) Associate badge numbers to employees 5) determine where to print reports. The system will support ID cards with barcodes, magnetic stripe, proximity cards and biometric input devices such as fingerprint scanners. We have also included an automatic payroll input work sheet.

Traditionally, visitors to a company have signed into a logbook by scribbling their name, company, who they are visiting and login time. This guest book log is then kept as a written document for history of visitors, when they visited and who they visited. If any questions arise regarding who a visitor was, where they came from or who they saw, countless hours are spent by the receptionist or security going line by line to recover an entry with hopes that all the data has been entered into the log.
LEXID VMS, is designed to make visitor registration a fast and easy process. Visitors scan their ID (business card or driver's license), all relevant information is captured in a database file, you can personalize your visitors badge with the visitors photograph (optional), the name of the person, persons or area being visited, the reason for the visit, and their arrival and departure times. Once the information is captured a visitors badge is produced. Reports are a then a click away, with the ability to set search criteria’s to make look up of records fast and convenient.
Our LexID VMS is designed with you in mind. Of course we offer standard badge templates, designs and styles, but we also give you the ability to customize your visitor badges to fit your specific needs. From the Data Entry Screen to selecting company logos to printing your badges, customization is at your finger tip. You can design multiple visitor badge templates based on attributes, i.e. day badges can be one color or style, contractors visiting your facility can have a different badge and visiting VIP’s can have a different badge design. The number of badge templates, their design and styles are a function of how you wish to use your badges, not how we envisioned how you would use your badges.
Peripheral Devices of all types can be used in conjunction with your Visitor Management System. Our system has the capabilities to interface with a multitude of cameras, scanners, signature and fingerprint capture devices, barcode and magnetic stripe readers and printers.

Mobile Tracking
In today’s environment the need to track an individual’s movement within a facility or event is becoming ever increasingly in demand. This need for enhanced security is appearing in corporations, schools, event management and a host of City, State and Federal facilities. The core issues surrounding personnel tracking is 1) is the person authorized to be there 2) does the persons identity match the card holders identity 3) is the person on a watch list 4) who actually showed up 5) who is missing. With these tracking needs identified Lexington Technology is developing products which will enhance our customers ability to expand their ID card applications.
Track Master PDA is a powerful software product which runs in conjunction with a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), specifically designed to track an individual’s credentials or authorization at locations, events or activities. This personnel management solution allows tacking of individuals linked to a database associated with Photo ID Cards.
Track Master’s design elements allows the users to configure photo ID card holders information and download this information to a PDA enabling the user to track individuals remotely.
Track Master Administrator is a flexible database management tool which allows the user to configure a multitude of criteria’s for tracking individuals. The Track Master Administrator is unique in its ability to connect to multiple databases enabling variable data to be tracked remotely. As an example; one day your PDA could be configured to monitor students taking a field trip, who got on the bus or who is missing. The next day the PDA could be configured to track student’s class attendance. The tracking possibilities are endless as you configure the Track Master Administrator to meet your needs. Whether your application is in Education, Transportation, Emergency Response, Business, Government or other Industries Track Master is configurable to your application needs.
Track Master Remote receives downloaded information from the Track Master Administrator module providing virtually instant access to downloaded data. The Track Master Remote software running on a PDA with a Barcode scanner gives you the power and flexibility to instantly track individuals’ information by the simple scan of a barcode. Data such as; Event, Activities, Check in/out, ID number and Name are conveniently displayed in full color. Checking authorization for Locations, Credentials, Certificates, Events or Activities are checked and clearly displayed in a go/no-go window which changes colors. From the PDA screen you have the ability to lookup additional information if required.
