Lexington Technology has developed the ID Card Solutions Series to provide customers with problem solving results to a variety of badge and photo identification card applications. Covering a wide range of requirements from visitor badges, photo Identification, to the more complex security and tracking applications the ID Card Solution Series is designed with ease of use in mind. The series, comprised of three (3) levels of software provides affordable solutions from the simplistic to the most complex of your badge and identification card requirements.
QUICK START SERIES
Included in the Quick Start Series are three unique features which saves the used time and money when producing badges or photo identification cards; a) Design Wizard, b) Photo Diagnostics, and c) Exposure Screen.
- Design Wizard is your personal assistant that lends a hand in designing and producing identification cards. When choosing from our pre-designed card template library or customizing you identification cards the Design Wizard is there to assist you.
- Photo Diagnostics is a feature which analysis the captured digitized image. The software will analysis and determine if the results are high enough to produce a quality image when outputting to the printer. If the images do not match a warning will be given, alerting the user that potential for unclear or fuzzy images exists.
- Exposure Screen creates a matrix of photographs from a single photo. This allows the user to select from various photograph exposures within the matrix, reducing the need to retake photos due to changes in lighting caused by reflection.
EZ Software is designed to produce quick and easy laminated, PVC, or plastic identification cards. The user can select a card style from an assortment of temples or design a custom card tailored to individual requirements. The software is so easy to learn that multiple operators can be trained in minutes. If you require bar-codes, image import, single card design or database creation (400 records) for applications such as access control, time and attendance or identification cards. EZ Software runs under Microsoft Windows™ and compatible with inkjet, and laser jet prints, along with plastic card printers from Eltron, Fargo, Ultra Card and many others.
EZ Plus contains all the features you will find in our EZ software with the addition of, multiple card temples and databases, duplex printing, and magnetic stripe. With our scalable software you can easily upgrade from EZ to EZ Plus as your requirements grow.
PROFESSIONAL SERIES
When faced with more complex personnel identification requirements our Professional Series is the answer. Included within the Professional Series are the Design Wizard, Photo Diagnostics, and Exposure Screen. In addition to these unique features you now unique Data Wizard.
- Data Wizard assists you in the creation of management of complex multi level databases. The Data Wizard will help build multiple Microsoft Access 2000™ databases, including MSDE, Dbase/Xbase, ODBC (for connection to Microsoft™ SQL server, Oracle, and others).
Within the Professional Series you will find generic and application specific modules to enhance your identification card or badge requirements. Contained in the Professional series are features for security, biometrics, proximity and smart cards, personnel tracking and job tracking. The Professional Series includes a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) add-on package used for various applications requiring personnel, job or data tracking.

LEXID Expert
This software series is designed for larger applications within medium sized organizations where identification badge design, card management, and printing functions are contained in a database. When the need arises to interface integrated solution with existing applications such as Human Resources, Time, Attendance or Access Control Systems, LEXID Pro will automate card production of employee data. You can even batch print. Enhanced security and protection features insure personal information is secure and protected at all times.

LEXSCHOOL
Is the most complete and comprehensive student photo identification, database, and student tracking software available. This software will even allow you to create photo albums for your yearbooks. Designed specifically for the education market this software includes lunch programs, on and off campus, activities, clubs, and registration. You can develop multiple cards for students, factuality, libraries, events and more.
TRACK MASTER
This software allows the user to track various databases such as, events data, personal data, schedules, attendance, and security. Data communication is simple with the software managing functions of downloads, data collection and real time tracking. The Trak Master interfaces to Personal Digital Assistants (PDA), workstations, and remote readers, and allows the use to generate customized or standard reports.
IT SOLUTION SERIES
The IT Solution Series is designed to operate over a network where multiple workstations for print stations reside. The software features a Utility Wizard to assist you in database creation where multiple levels of data, access, and photographs reside. Designed for the corporate environment, and can be delivered in two configurations:
- Configuration one is for those environments needing to run the system as a network based application with a shared database on one of the network servers.
- The second configuration is a true client-server implementation which operates with Microsoft™ SQL Server, Oracle, or IBM’s DB2.
ENTERPRISE EDITION (IDMX SQL)Designed for larger organizations with additional locations, for data entry and printing stations, across a network installation and can be configured to view-only access stations, for remote applications. The software is configurable to create an unlimited number of security groups, access to specific data, ID card design by individuals or groups and controls access based on times of day or days of the week. Displays record status, last record modified, who made the modification, and last date modified. Designed for large organizations with varying levels of data security, this software will display information such as: last ID card printed, including date, time, user name, printer ID number, card serial, and sequence number. Shared data directory manager for multi-user environments, unlimited records and data source types are all included via local or remote databases, OR……..Designed for larger organizations when the need exists to have various individuals or departments create identification cards and manage databases or functions on separate computers connected over the network. Multiple database management is simple and the card holder records are secure and safe from tapering. Create a history of your database information, reprint lost cards, and generate reports all with the click of a mouse button. The IT Solution Series utility wizard will take the guess work out of importing images and data into your databases.
The Enterprise Edition Data Wizard dynamically generates SQL scripts based upon the user defined data model. These scripts, which are then reviewed and executed by the organizations DBA, create the database as defined, roles, access and all tables required to implement the ID system. Additionally, the DBA may implement stored procedures in the database which may be executed from within the ID application by adding a button to the Data Entry Screen and attaching the stored procedure to it.
