
Lexington Technology maintains a staff of repair technicians to support all products we sell. In many cases our Partners also have local repair facilities, to assist you. In either case our philosophy is to support the products we sell with “One-Stop-Service”. We, or our Partners, become your first point of contact when you have a problem. In most instances our technicians can get you up and running over the telephone without the need to send your printer in for repair.
Our staff of factory certified Card Printer repair technicians are there to assist you with any trouble shooting or warranty issues you many encounter. If our technicians cannot repair your Card Printer or Photo ID system over the telephone, our Return Material Authorization (RMA) process is one of the easiest programs in the industry. If your ID card production is critical to your operation we also have a loaner program available.
At Lexington Technology we believe that once you purchase a system or products, from our Partners or us, after sale support and service are
priority one. As a full service repair center we maintain a large inventory of parts. Our parts inventory even includes products which have been discontinued or hard to find. Our repair center offers many continuing repair and support services. We offer factory warranty on all items sold through our Partners and extended warranty programs which protect your investment long after the factory warranty has expired.
We also offer a Card Printer exchange or system up-grade program through our repair facility. These programs are designed to insure our customers the system or part purchased will not become technologically obsolete. Our up-grade programs are designed to keep you current with the latest technology in Photo ID card production techniques.
