From free software support to a fully integrated system our technicians and engineers are ready to assist you every step of the way.
Free Support when you purchase one of our software packages we will provide you two instances of support free of charge. An instance is defined as a telephone call to one of our service technicians asking questions about the software you are installing or have installed. This service is good for the first ninety (90) days that you own the software. After these this period, if you feel you still need assistance you can choose from one of our hourly extended support programs.

Hourly Support our service technicians are experienced in all levels of our software, with a knowledge base to draw upon which has been developed over the past ten (10) years. They can answer your questions fast and efficiently. Our technical support plans provide for 1, 2 or 4 hours of support. Contact our service or sales department to discuss which plan is right for you.
Integration and Customization Services We also have a comprehensive Integration and Customization service which will assist you with complex integration or application problems. You will find these services easily affordable, fast and effective. Many of our clients have used these services when third party data migration is an issue or to just simply add some customization for a specific ID card application. Usually these services are billed out in two hour increments and the cost is determined by the skill set required for your specific request.
Free Upgrades when you purchase one of our ID Card software packages you are automatically enrolled in our upgrade program.
During your product warranty period, you will receive Maintenance Upgrades at no additional cost to you. This is usually achieved by downloading our maintenance upgrades directly from our web site.
